Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce and Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online retail presence. This role focuses on product listing management, marketplace optimization, and digital marketing execution across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and social media channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Experience with product listing optimization, SEO, and keyword research
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferences
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
